The Restaurant serves a seasonal, locally sourced Nordic cuisine with an international twist. The menu varies according to availability and season, and the suppliers are hand-picked according to our high quality and CSR standards, meaning that most ingredients used in our kitchen, are organic.
At the Hotel Diplomat, we share a great passion for gastronomy and good wine. Our cuisine is based on classic Scandinavian cooking, with a mix of contemporary ingredients and inspiration from the Mediterranean area and urban influences from around the globe. As certain as we are that you will find something you love, we are also confident that you will discover new exciting dishes.
Since 2015 we collaborate with the World Childhood Foundation, who works to protect children from violence and sexual abuse, meaning you can do good while enjoying a good meal. When ordering the meatballs, 20 SEK is donated to the foundation.

Rates are inclusive of VAT and service charges. Cancellation must be made latest 6 pm one day prior to arrival in order to avoid late cancellation or no-show charges. In event of late cancellation or no-show the rate for the first night will be charged. Advanced Purchase, full prepayment at time of booking: No refund, cancellation or modification.
