THE RESTAURANT
The Restaurant serves a seasonal, locally sourced Nordic cuisine with an international twist. The menu varies according to availability and season, and the suppliers are hand-picked according to our high quality and CSR standards, meaning that most ingredients used in our kitchen, are organic.
At the Hotel Diplomat, we share a great passion for gastronomy and good wine. Our solid wine list with carefully selected wines by our sommelier has been nominated for Red Star in the Star Wine List 2025. Our cuisine is based on classic Scandinavian cooking, with a mix of contemporary ingredients and inspiration from the Mediterranean area and urban influences from around the globe. As certain as we are that you will find something you love, we are also confident that you will discover new exciting dishes.
In collaboration with the World Childhood Foundation, which works to prevent violence and sexual abuse against children – we have had a charitable dish on the menu since 2015. In February 2025, Hotel Diplomat launches an exclusive Afternoon Tea in support of the World Childhood Foundation, celebrating a successful 10-year partnership where every Afternoon Tea served, we donate 30 SEK.

Rates are inclusive of VAT and service charges. Cancellation must be made latest 6 pm one day prior to arrival in order to avoid late cancellation or no-show charges. In event of late cancellation or no-show the rate for the first night will be charged. Advanced Purchase, full prepayment at time of booking: No refund, cancellation or modification.
