Charlotte Lund’s exhibition @Diplomat Abstakt shows art work by Patrik Aarnivaara and Marcus Eek, during Stockholm Art Week . Both of the artists grasp the concept of abstraction from different angles and in different materials. The result is paintings and sculptures expressing playfulness within sharp limits.
Marcus Eek works with acrylic and oil, completely focused on abstract painting inspired by light, material and balance. Patrik Aarnivaara creates sculptures and works with photography and video. The new sculptures are made of plastic, brass and metal and the mind of measuring instruments.
The exhibition was on display between the period 11th and 15th of April in The Gallery.
