With panoramic views over beautiful Nybroviken, our restaurant invites you to a Scandinavian Brasserie, an elegant meeting place for culinary experiences in a warm and inviting atmosphere, in the heart of Östermalm on the prestigious Strandvägen. Here we serve our renowned breakfast, daily lunch, elegant dinners, after-work with drinks at the bar and our popular weekend brunch.
Our chefs have crafted a well-composed, seasonal menu inspired by flavors from around the world, with a focus on carefully selected high-quality ingredients. We work with local producers and sustainable suppliers to craft a menu that is both seasonal and sustainable. By preserving parts of the year’s harvest, we extend the flavors of the seasons and can offer a unique and varied menu even through the winter months. Each dish is complemented by thoughtfully selected wines from our distinguished, Red Star–nominated wine list in Star Wine List 2025, curated by our sommeliers to enhance the flavors.
In collaboration with the World Childhood Foundation, which works to prevent violence and sexual abuse against children – we have had a charitable dish on the menu since 2015. In February 2025, Hotel Diplomat launches an exclusive Afternoon Tea in support of the World Childhood Foundation, celebrating a successful 10-year partnership where every Afternoon Tea served, we donate 30 SEK.

Rates are inclusive of VAT and service charges. Cancellation must be made latest 6 pm one day prior to arrival in order to avoid late cancellation or no-show charges.
