Pilates at Hotel Diplomat

Holistic health is in focus at Hotel Diplomat this autumn. As a guest of the hotel you can now practice pilates with instructor Saara Lindbohm. Pilates is a gentle and effective exercise that suits everyone regardless of age or physical status. When you practice pilates, you strengthen the deep muscles in your body and increase your flexibility. You also improve your balance, coordination and circulation.

Day: Every Monday (until December 19th)
Time: 18:30 – 19:30
Price: Included for hotel guests
Booking: Book at the reception no later than 17:00 on the same day

About Saara Lindbohm

Saara is a holistic health & wellbeing advocate from Helsinki, Finland. Founder of the Pilates Retreats and a trained yoga, pilates, garuda and barre instructor, as well as reiki and sound healing practitioner. She holds a post graduate degree in Health Sciences, works as research assistant at the department of Public Health Sciences at Stockholm University, and has a background in elite swimming. She has a passion for combining physical health with mental balance and discovering new ways of promoting overall wellbeing. Her mission is to bring balance and wellbeing to everyone’s life through pilates, movement, coaching and other wellness experiences.
