Butiken is a relaxed meeting place for all imaginable occasions. It offers healthy and nutritious smoothies, various breakfast options, freshly baked bread, salads and light lunch or dinner dishes.

Butiken at Hotel Diplomat is a perfect option if you want to eat a healthy breakfast after your morning walk or meet a friend for a drink after work.

Here you will find daily fresh bread and pastries from the bakery at our sister hotel Villa Dagmar. In the delicacy, you will find heavenly cheeses, charcuterie, coffee, olive oil and tea. All our products come from local suppliers and are carefully selected depending on the season.

You can choose to enjoy lunch on site in the store’s cozy atmosphere, enjoy it on our patio during the summer months, or simply take it home with you. Our take-away range also includes a variety of salad options, such as our popular Chèvre Chaud-salad with au gratin goat cheese.

In Butiken you will also find a lovely mix of our favorite products; olive oils, earthenware and delicate confectionery from our favorite Pärlans, which you can choose to take home with you or to give away to someone you like.

Butiken is also available to hire for all types of events from 18:30, with a view of the harbor and food and drink from our local suppliers.
