In addition to our à la carte menu, our chef has composed a three course menu with some exciting and tasty seasonal recipes with truffle. Menu Swedish veal carpaccio with pickled chanterelles, truffle crème, hazelnuts and grated autumn truffle. Tagliatelle with truffle pecorino and autumn truffle. Crème Brûlée with 36 month aged parmesan and truffle.
