Step into a world of wellbeing and join us for two days of pilates, relaxing yin-yoga, workshop an meditation. A 2-course dinner and our renowned breakfast, healthy snacks, yoga mats, and yoga blocks for the classes are also included in the rate.

Saara is a holistic health & wellbeing advocate from Helsinki, Finland. Founder of the Pilates Retreats and a trained yoga, pilates, garuda and barre instructor, as well as reiki and sound healing practitioner. She holds a post graduate degree in Health Sciences, works as research assistant at the department of Public Health Sciences at Stockholm University, and has a background in elite swimming. She has a passion for combining physical health with mental balance and discovering new ways of promoting overall wellbeing. Her mission is to bring balance and wellbeing to everyone’s life through pilates, movement, coaching and other wellness experiences.
