Sushi Sho – Sushi Bar in Stockholm 10 November, 2017 by A Michelin Guide Sushi Bar in Vasastan Sushi sho is a hidden treasure for all sushi lovers. This tiny hole-in-the-wall restaurant doesn’t look much more than an ordinary sushi restaurant just passing by, but was just recently rewarded a Michelin Star. The restaurant offers eco-friendly ingredients of the highest quality in an authentic Tokyo style and intimate setting. Just like most popular restaurants in Stockholm, be sure to book your table well in advance. Upplandsgatan 45, 113 28 Stockholm Visit Sushi Sho
Palmgrens – Leather Goods in Stockholm 26 October, 2017 by Iconic leather bags and other luxury goods at Palmgrens When in our neighborhood you should definitely make a stop at Palmgrens, located on Sibyllegatan 7. Palmgrens is today, one of Sweden’s most established producers of leather goods, dating back to 1896 when the brand started off with saddles and other crafted riding equipment. Here you’ll find luxury quality bags and suitcases, interior pieces, wallets among many other luxury goods. My favorite is still, the iconic Rattan bag that never seems to go out of style. Corner Club – Cocktail Bar in Stockholm 14 September, 2017 by Delicious cocktails in Stockholm’s Old Town One of my favorite spots for cozy gatherings and delicious cocktails. It comes as no surprise that this little gem, located in Stockholm’s old town, is part of the award-winning Frantzén group. The drink menu at Corner Club is as varied as the ever-changing seasons. If you, against all odds, wouldn’t find something you like on the menu, just ask the bartender and they will make sure to satisfy your cravings. I ask for something with ginger and lemon and I always ends up with the most refreshing and delicious cocktail in front of me. Photo taken from Corner Club’s facebook page. Gamla Orangeriet Bergianska – Restaurant and Café 8 September, 2017 by Weekend day trip to Gamla Orangeriet in Bergianska Trädgården September is here and fall is on its way – the perfect time for weekend day trips. First up this September is a visit at the beautiful Gamla Orangeriet at Bergius Botanic Garden. The old orangery is located steps from the seaside on Brunnsviken and I just adore the simple interior and cozy atmosphere here (in the green house). Me and my family start off with a lunch, they’re constantly updating their ecological and delicious menu, followed by a walk in the garden. The ultimate day trip, reagrdless of age! Sturehof – Classic Restaurant in Stockholm 24 August, 2017 by Crayfish season at Sturehof Finally, the Swedish crayfish season is here! Few things can top late August nights with crayfish at Sturehof’s outdoor terrace. Being Stockholm’s first fish- and shellfish restaurant, Sturehof has since the opening been serving its delicious food whilst being a popular and obvious meeting spot for the life-long locals as well as the visitors – one of those classics that never goes out of style. Towards the evening, the restaurant becomes a popular bar scene where people stop by for just a glass or hanging out the whole night, listening to live music at Obaren upstairs. Bar Agrikultur – Restaurant on Södermalm 11 August, 2017 by Restaurant with seasonal Swedish produce on Nytorget Nytorget is really bustling during the summer months with crowded outdoor terraces spreading out through the picturesque square. The restaurant and bar scene in the area has just got a little bit more interesting with Bar Agrikultur opening up its doors on Skånegatan. Smaller seasonal, Swedish dishes and their self-made Gin from Furillen mixed with an intimate and social atmosphere makes this tiny hole-in-the-wall restaurant a hidden treasure. No reservations, only drop in seats. Skånegatan 79, 116 35 Stockholm Visit Bar Agrikultur
