Our Support to Childhood 2016 23 February, 2017 by Mette Von Schack Our partnership with World Childhood Foundation has supported several projects to help families and children in need. Together with its project partners in Ukraine, Childhood has been working with a new legislative change, which has now been adopted. The amendment means that children who are in urgent need ends up in a family instead of an impersonal institution. In Nepal, the work has given long-term support to mothers and children who have been rescued from trafficking. Here in Sweden, the work have been focused on refugee children, who are particularly vulnerable group with a high risk of violence and abuse.
